By booking a consultation, ordering a report or purchasing a product from Vastu Samhita, you agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Consultation Cancellation
Vastu Samhita provides various consultation services including:
- Vastu Consultation
- Astrology Consultation
- Lal Kitab Consultation
- Palmistry Consultation
- Numerology Consultation
- Online Guidance Sessions
A consultation may be cancelled only before the appointment has been confirmed and scheduled.
Once a consultation has been confirmed, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
However, at our sole discretion, a consultation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
2. Missed Appointments
If the client:
- Fails to attend the consultation,
- Is unavailable at the scheduled time,
- Does not respond during the consultation session,
the consultation shall be considered completed and no refund or replacement consultation will be provided.
Rescheduling, if offered, shall be entirely at the discretion of Vastu Samhita.
3. Kundali Reports & Personalized Reports
This includes:
- Kundali Reports
- Kundali Matching Reports
- Numerology Reports
- Palmistry Reports
- Vastu Reports
- Personalized Spiritual Reports
Since these reports are prepared specifically for each customer based on the information provided, cancellation requests will not be accepted once report preparation has started.
Customers are advised to verify all submitted information before placing an order.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Time of Birth
- Place of Birth
- Property Details
- Other required information
Vastu Samhita shall not be responsible for delays, inaccuracies or dissatisfaction resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Such orders shall not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Product Order Cancellation
Orders for physical products such as:
- Rudraksha
- Gemstones
- Bracelets
- Yantras
- Spiritual Products
- Vastu Products
may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been packed, processed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Customized, Energized or Special Products
Certain products may be customized, energized, selected or prepared specifically for the customer.
Such products are non-cancellable once processing has begun.
No cancellation, exchange or refund shall be available unless required by applicable law.
7. Orders Returned Due to Customer Reasons
If an order is returned because of:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong contact information
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Refusal to accept delivery
the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Cancellation requests in such cases may not be approved.
8. Cancellation by Vastu Samhita
Vastu Samhita reserves the right to cancel any order, booking or service in situations including but not limited to:
- Incomplete customer information
- Payment verification issues
- Technical errors
- Product unavailability
- Force majeure events
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, any eligible refund shall be processed according to our Refund Policy.
9. No Guaranteed Results
Cancellation requests based on:
- Unsatisfactory expectations
- Delayed results
- Different interpretations
- Non-occurrence of expected outcomes
shall not be accepted.
Astrology, Vastu, Numerology, Palmistry and Lal Kitab are guidance-based traditional sciences, and results may vary from person to person.
10. Force Majeure
Vastu Samhita shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Technical failures
- Public emergencies
- Courier disruptions
